I.S. Pathiranage (Pvt) Ltd was founded by H.P M R Pathirana in 2001 & started as a sole proprietorship by the name of Isurusiri Concrete Works & incorporated as a company in January 2014.. Growth of this small operation was inevitable as H.P M R Pathirana began to take on larger projects over a larger geographical area. Since then, he has been providing his clients with reliable solutions to their most complex construction challenges. He prides himself on being skilled and experienced in all aspects of construction and all types of concrete works during the past 12 years and this, combined with his extensive knowledge of the entire Sri Lankan market, has established him as major players in this industry. Today, as a team in I.S.Pathiranage (Pvt) Ltd, we are recognized as a player in the industry for our strength in traditional construction methods and for our creative, fresh approach to cutting-edge technologies and delivery systems. Our expertise spans the construction industry spectrum, from smaller renovations to multi-million rupee projects. We specialize in commercial buildings, healthcare and industrial facilities, homes, entertainment facilities including swimming pools, as well as infrastructure projects such as water and water treatment plants. Our success is driven by more than building some of the most advanced facilities for our corporate, institutional and government clients.
